Fancy R11

 

The “Fancy R11” is a polychromatic cone dyeing machine designed for cones with diameters of 160 mm or more. It features automatic dye dosing with patented pneumatic valves, PLC-controlled dyeing cycles, and manual cone handling. Capable of 4 to 8-color dyeing using various dyes (acid, reactive, disperse, etc.) on any fiber type, it includes a 100L dye kitchen with pumps and bath circulation. Additional processes include color fixation in autoclaves, washing, and drying.
